OUR TEAM

Craig Brown

Pastor

After serving on the staff of Christ Community Church for 10 years, Craig and Jana moved to the east side of downtown in 2004 to plant City Church of East Nashville.

After serving as the pastor of City Church for almost a decade, Craig began to provide gospel-centered coaching for church planters and network leaders in cities around the U.S. and Ireland with Church Multiplication Ministries. During that same time, he founded New Nashville, an initiative that brought people together to consider Jesus through the lens of contemporary cultural issues. Through this process, the doors began to open for the starting of Redeemer Fellowship.

Craig received his M.Div. from Covenant Seminary and is currently a doctoral candidate at Reformed Theological Seminary. He enjoys songwriting, golf, good food and drink and running, (which he says is needed if you enjoy good food and drink!).  Craig and Jana, live in East Nashville and have five children.

Phillip Vo

Worship Director

Phillip was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, where he later attended the University of Mobile studying Worship Leadership with an emphasis in Music Business. In 2021, after graduating, he moved to Nashville to pursue his career as a singer-songwriter. As a Christian and artist, Phillip believes that music is one of the most powerful ways that the church can worship and make much of Jesus.

Phillip currently tours throughout the week playing house shows while writing, recording, and singing the songs he writes. He loves basketball, soccer, game nights, and a getting to meet with someone over a good cup of coffee.

Mollee Graham

Mollee was born and raised in Panama City Beach, Florida, but has called the Mount Juliet/Nashville area home since 2008. Mollee and husband, Michael, have two daughters: Leona and Amelia.
